Refund policy

 

We have a 14-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. 

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unworn or unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt, or name, email address, and order number inside your return package.

Didn't purchase Checkout+? You can still return your items, but you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are subject to a 3% restocking fee and will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or card provider to process your refund.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Contact hello@missmulligan.com within 48 hours of delivery  if your order is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
